Blackburn, W, the Younger (McKechnie Section 1)

Recorded by Jackson (Dictionary), who describes him as W. Blackburn, Junior, but does not mention his father. She gives c. 1850 as the period when he worked and 303 Oxford Street, London, as his address. She mentions that he produced cut profiles, embellished with gold, and that he used a trade label (wording unknown).
