Very little information is known about Boutatts. All the information we have comes from Jackson who records Boutatts as the artist of a signed silhouette of the Harrington family, believed to have been painted around 1790. It is painted in verre églomisé and depicts the figures of the family, as well as furniture, flowers and curtains. The silhouette is simply signed “Bouttats” and measures 8x10 inches.
