Though he is better known for his painted work, Hallam also cut bust-length black profiles of indifferent quality, two of which are illustrated. Both are of women, and both are in frames bearing a hanger with the Royal coat-of-arms and inscribed with the name I. Hallam. As both frames appear to be sealed at the back with contemporary backing, both profiles must be attributed to Hallam, although their style bears little resemblance to that of his painted work.
