Recorded by Mr J. A. Pollak (‘Fresh Light on Silhouette’, Connoisseur, March 1949). Mr Pollak mentions a profile signed by M. Wood, dated 1795 and painted on card, which was formerly in the collection of L. Morgan May. He does not record any trade label.
