Lowe was a recorded member of the Percival Gallery, an artistic ‘collective’ which travelled across Britain during the early 19th century. According to advertisements the gallery took thousands of likenesses during this period. However, no record or examples of their work has survived, and even the techniques used are unknown. No other information about Lowe has been discovered.
