Recorded by Jackson (Dictionary), who mentions a silhouette owned by a Mr Bacon, of Worthing. It is possible that Norton was the same artist as J. Morton (q.v.; fl. 1827). The recorded silhouette was signed `Thomas Norton, Artist'.
