Programmes start this week

Finally! The 5-part TV series The Face of Britain, presented by Professor Simon Schama and focusing on  British portrait history starts this week. 

The first programme screens on BBC 2 at 9pm on Wednesday 30 September with the following four broadcasts scheduled at weekly intervals.

Not sure which of the airings caries the silhouette section but all five programmes will undoubtedly be very watchable!
